The Mystery & Meaning of the Ancient Maya

Don't Forget To Pack List

Never pack everything you need in one bag. In the unfortunate event your luggage is lost, make sure your carry-on bag contains everything you'd need for an overnight stay. Don't pack more than you can carry by yourself as there will be some situations where there will not be porters available. Even though many airlines allow two checked bags, it is highly recommended that you only bring one checked bag in addition to one carry-on bag and one personal item.

Below is a list of items which we strongly recommend you bring. It is by no means all-inclusive, but completing this checklist will ensure a more pleasant journey simply by eliminating potential problems.

Please read through this list carefully.

* Individual items listed in bold are included in the GLJ courtesy travel kit. You will receive your travel kit at orientation.
